Gute Unterkunft für einen kurzen Rom Trip.

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, direkt vor der Tür fährt sonst auch ein Bus.

− Die Sauberkeit, besonders im Bad, hätte etwas besser sein können. Im Bad gab es keine Haken für Handtücher oder Kleidung. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein.

The hotel was comfortable and located close enough to walk to all of the main sights, not to mention that the staff were so lovely and welcoming! This was our first holiday and I would definetly recommend Town House 62 considering the cheap price!

− There was quite a few ants on the floor of our room but only for the first three days or so.. it did not override the great experience overall though!

The location was amazing you can walk to every attraction shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely and so helpful.

− Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the condition of the property. We stayed in Room 2, and upon arrival found dirty clothing left behind from the previous guests, along with dirt on the floors. The fridge contained mould and even had a bottle of water left by previous occupants, which made it feel as though the room had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom also had mould, and some of the wooden fittings were rotten, giving the room a very tired and poorly maintained appearance. There were also stains running down the wall beneath the air conditioning unit, along with scuff marks all over the walls, which further added to the impression that the room had not been well maintained. Overall, the room was extremely basic. Having paid for a Junior Suite, we expected something of a much higher standard, but in our opinion it was no different from a standard room. Another inconvenience was that there was only one iron available to share between five rooms. We would have expected each room to have its own iron, particularly given the price and room category. We have photographs to support all of the concerns raised above. The location itself was fantastic, and we would happily return to the area. However, we would not choose to stay at this property again due to the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall standard of the accommodation.
