the location is perfect for a short trip
8.0great location, near to the beach and marina mall. Good restaurants and cafes by feet. Sultan center in the near. Very helpful and friendly staff.

8.0Overall it was a pleasant stay, with relatively stable Wifi, a working refrigerator, and some helpful staff members. The night/early morning shift receptionist speaks really good English and was willing and able to assist with issues such as finding my way around and ensuring that everything in the room was working properly. During the day the receptionist was not so pleasant, and really did not make much effort to speak any language except Arabic which, unfortunately, I still need to learn further to become more proficient. One big issue was noisy guests well into the night, and a lot of people were heavily smoking throughout the building, but that is not the hotel's fault.
