I got the exact room I wanted. Friendly, efficient check in. Front of house and back of house staff are very polite, helpful and guest friendly. I booked another 2 nights as I was very happy with my stay.

− The bathroom a bit small but it is typical of many Japanese hotels but not a major problem. I will come back again.
