5.0El personal de servicio de cocina, desayuno, comidas, y bar de una calidez excepcional, la comida muy rica, el guía de turismo Simon, una persona maravillosa, se adapta a tus tiempos y gestiona excursiones según tus intereses, transforma tu viaje en una experiencia inolvidable, lo recomiendo al 1000%.
− La mala actitud de la recepcionista que estaba del 4 al 8 de junio 2026, pésima atención, además esta coludida con un señor que ofrece excursiones y paseos qué están orientados a solo sacar dinero, no les interesa la experiencia del turista, intentaron engañar a unos españoles con unos cobros excesivos una pena , creo que el hotel debe mejorar aspectos como las habitaciones, pero sobre todo sacar a estas dos personas que le hacen un daño a la imagen del hotel.

− Tardan de 2h a 2h y media para servir un almuerzo o cena (tomamos la decisión de comer en otros lugares) En el menú nunca hay nada. En una ocasión tuvimos que cambiar el plato 3 veces Reservamos el transporte con ellos. Al regreso nos querían enviar separados en lanchas diferentes Siempre hay una excusa para cada situación El lugar tiene un gran potencial. Según le entendí al gerente, acaban de cambiar la administración y están en proceso de mejoramiento (ojalá, porque hay buen lugar y buen personal) Hay detalles de logística que están afectando lo que podrían ser vacaciones excepcionales en un lugar hermoso No se vale decir que no ha llegado la lancha con los productos (Estuvimos 3 noches más en otro hotel cercano y curiosamente había de todo siempre) Mi crítica es constructiva, pero directa. De todo corazón, espero que corrijan para que sea de los mejores hoteles de la isla

Transportation: We leave from the bodeguita dock at 8:30am. Attendees must be at the dock between 7:30 - 8:00am.
Guests must pay the tax at booth number 9 and enter through door number 1. Tax value: $20.000 per person (payment in cash. Price subject to change).
Return time - 3:00pm. Arrival to Cartagena around 4pm.
