6.0− Do atendimento; pedi mais um travesseiro e tive que explicar as razões de meu pedido. Tenho problemas de coluna e durmo com 3 travesseiros; quando cheguei no quarto, vi que apenas tinham 2 e, como sempre faço nessa situação, pedi para me trazer mais um travesseiro. Ao invés de me simplesmente me enviar o travesseiro, tive que explicar os motivos, situação para mim inusitada. Viajo com relativa frequencia e nunca tive que justificar os motivos de pedir mais um travesseiro. E o pior foi a razão do questionamento: segundo afirmado pelo atendente, em oportunidade recente houve uma situação em que um hospede havia furtado o travesseiro. Ou seja, como outro hospede furtou um travesseiro, logo todos os demais também farão a mesma coisa... lastimável. Sinceramente não sei o que foi pior: ter que justificar o meu pedido (de um simples travesseiro) ou da afirmação de que eu - que havia recém chegado - também poderia ser um ladrão de travesseiro. O hotel é bom, bem localizado, bom café, mas fiquei com uma péssima impressão do atendimento. Nunca mais piso lá ...
