A true beach villa

Stayed over for 2 nights occupying all 3 rooms so we had the whole villa to ourselves. We loved the living room/dining area which is open and facing the beach. The sunset view of the sea from here is breathtaking enough especially when it's not too cloudy and you may find the backdrop of the awesome Mount Agong of Bali just above the horizon. Direct access to the beach via the back gate added to the feel of a true beach holiday. On the beach you will find several outrigger boats tt can take you on a day trip to the Gili islands and back for abt Rp. 1.7m. Not too bad considering its directly from your villa and back inclusive of all snorkeling gear for 8 of us. However, the journey cld take at least 45min each way so may not be so appealing for those prone to sea-sickness. Better get a land transfer to the harbour for a fast boat to Gili's instead. The villa itself is generally clean and cosy but the adjoining open-concept bathroom in each room may be slightly uncomfortable for those who prefer more privacy when showering and doing their "business". The pool is another favorite chill out spot for us especially during the sunset. Although the pool and back lounge area lighting does need some maintenance otherwise the pool wld have been nicely lit for a night swim. Overall the villa is a true beachfront property for laid back folks who want nothing but sun and sea in modern comfort. Lastly a must mention for me is the villa butler Salleh, who is always eager to serve and attend to your needs or concerns.
