Room was nice

− Tub get clogged and smells like sewer

Overall enjoyed the stay. I just needed a place to sleep. Bed & room temp were very awesome.

1. Very friendly and accommodating service. 2. Parking was right in front of my room so it was easy to bring luggage in. I was checking in pretty late so made me feel safer. 3. Free breakfast is always a big plus. However, it was pretty limiting. Cereal, toast, waffles. I was expecting donuts (sorry a sweet tooth) and I was feeling lazy so didn't want to make waffles. Although it did specify continental breakfast, some hotels have actually served eggs/sausage but I know that is not really continental. Other family members staying at the same hotel enjoyed the coffee and cereal. The attendant at the front desk was quick to make a fresh pot when the coffee was gone. 4. AC was working VERY well. Room when I walked in was a refreshing welcome after being outside in the Texas heat. Then I just made it a little warmer once I had cooled off. Real blessing! 5. The little fridge was a God sent. I had leftovers from a big meal so it was so nice to get there and realize I had a place to store the extra food. 6. Room had a nice mini microwave. Didn't need it but nice to have incase.

− 1. I had no internet for the TV. Kept getting no signal. Pamphlet did say to call front desk but I didn't because it was so late and I really needed to get to bed. 2. Carpet edge walking out of bathroom had staples sticking up. I could feel them but did not puncture me. Just worried that a kid with tender feet might so I reported to the front desk when I did checkout. The gentleman made a note of it. 3. Reserved 2 double beds. However my friend was not able to travel so I was on my own. Good thing because first bed I was going to use had stains on the sheets. Sheets looked clean but had stains that looked like some kind of orange dye. Sheet on the bed and the one to cover with both had a stain. So I checked the second bed and it didn't have any stains at least on the side I slept on. I didn't report that at checkout. Figures cleaning people would see it when they went to change the beds. 4. The pool looked like it had dirt on the bottom. Don't know if that is normal when it's been windy or maybe the bottom was just dirty (dark green algae vs dirt). 2 of my adult cousins staying at the hotel still went swimming but my little niece staying at the hotel also didn't want to get in because she said the water was dirty. So she forfeited enjoying the pool.

I especially liked that the handicap accessible shower had a seat. I'm mobility challenged but not in a wheelchair. Just having safety bars doesn't work for me. I have to have a place to sit down. This worked perfect for me.

− Free breakfast is very typical of a continental breakfast. Eggs would have made it excellent
