The facilities were beautiful but in no way made up for the sales harrassment and terrible food

− The food was terrible at all restaurants. The premium liquor that we upgraded to Diamond was only available at one place very far from our side of the resort. There was tremendous pressure to buy up to things which took away from the pleasure of a vacation. I booked a massage and was called the morning of to say that they had no room for me. I rescheduled for the next day and then tried to cancel my husband's massage because he did not feel well. They told me I could not cancel and I would still have to pay for it.
