− Cheap plastic sun beds very uncomfortable shower right in front of my balcony people above me hanging there wet towels and swim costumes over balcony and water so dripping in to my balcony onto my chairs and table could have done with a toaster would be of more use than a coffee machine

Nice apartments in peaceful friendly area.
8.0Stayed for 5 nights. Very nice peaceful area with good restraurants and tavernas to relax in. The Dimitra Apartments are comfortable but would suggest that the price per night include a/c and safe without additional costs for these. The family are very friendly and helpful, I would recommend that people should have a meal in there restraurant, very good Greek food cooked in the traditional way and very good value.
Best location and hospitality
10.0I would recommend Gouves if you planning the vacation by yourself. It is close to the main city and you can get there by bus even in late hours. And if you are going to Gouves, you should stay at Dimitra Apartments for its location and hospitality of the owner Manos. We came quite late, so he gave us lift from the bus stop to the hotel and the same on our way back. The room was big and nice, pool clean. Small supermarket is only couple of steps from the hotel, and the best tavernas are on the same street.
