1.0− Odalar temiz değildi banyo çok kötüydü çarşaflar hijyenik değildi havlular kırmızı lekeliydi bir daha asla konaklamak isteyeceğimiz bir yer değildi. Kahvaltı iyi değildi

3.0− A törölközőket, elvitték nem kaptunk újat. A személyzet nem végzi a dolgát rendesen, reggelinél nem volt tányér. A fürdőszoba kilincs teljesen rozsdás volt,a fürdőben nincs kabin, folyik ki a víz. A szoba falai vékonyak mindent lehet hallani.

− Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Room Conditions and Service We requested a room on the second floor, and the hotel confirmed that our request was accepted. However, when we arrived late at night, we were told that our room was on the first floor and that no other room was available. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The toilet flush button was broken or missing, the shower was not properly installed, and the bathroom was extremely dirty. The towels also had an unpleasant smell and did not seem clean at all. We asked the staff three times to change the pillows of the bed , but they did not respond to our requests or offer any solution.

− Para empezar me engañaron los de Booking, reservé la habitación con taxi gratis desde el aeropuerto, intenté contactar con atención al cliente de Booking y no me resolvieron nada.me tocó buscarme yo la vida. Llegué al hotel y la luz de la habitación no funcionaba, el wiffi no llegaba a la cuarta planta, pedí hasta cuatro veces que me cambiaran las toallas, me decían a todo que si y luego no hacían nada, desesperante.hotel de tres estrellas que se le caen dos. El desayuno es bastante pobre, solo hay huevos duros y nada de fruta.el café espantoso y no hay ni tostadora ni microondas.
