9.0It is clean, comfortable, and close to where we need to be. We like that there is a restaurant at the hotel for when we just want a bite. The food is pretty good. I just wish there were more gluten and nightshade-free options.
− The room we had this time was starting to look dated. There was wallpaper coming loose in the bathroom.

10.0Absolutely, Wonderful Quiet Pl., Tuesday service was excellent. Very low-key top notch three star hotel did not eat there but highly Recommend Elm St., Hospital Café not ahospital. That’s just what they call it. Fabulous little breakfast place and probably lunch if you’re going, you have to eat there.
Great value, pleasant stay!
8.0Very spacious, clean rooms. Great pool and hot tub (also very clean). Restaurant on-site was pretty decent and I enjoyed reading in the courtyard.
− Mattress wasn’t great and some towels were scratchy and rough.

7.0The place was pretty clean. The staff was very friendly.
− There are no microwaves in the room. We figured out there is one near the vending machines, but you'd never know. There is no book in the room with any information about the hotel like hours for the pool, gym, etc. Not sure if the restaurant is full service, no information provided for that either. No breakfast. For the price I could've gotten a nicer room if I had more time to search.
