8.0Room was very clean and comfortable. The location was near enough to Main Street in Bar Harbor to walk to shops and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating and James easily resolved a problem with the room charge.
− Third floor walk up was challenging. The room didn't have closet space. The bed was a bit softer than other hotels. The tub was slippery and could use some adhesive strips to make it safer.
Nice and comfortable stay. The price was a little high, but then again it's Bar Harbor.
8.0The location was very nice, located a few blocks from the "downtown" area and close to the water. The front desk crew were great and courteous. Off street parking was very much appreciated as Bar Harbor can get very busy making parking difficult.
− There was a bit of road noise and the room did smell a tad off with a musty odor. Probably the carpet in the room. But otherwise fairly clean.

7.0Das bessere Zimmer, nachdem wir ein unzumutbares Zimmerzugewiesen bekommen hatten.
− Zunächst wurde uns ein katastrophales Zimmer für den recht hohen gebuchten Preis zugewiesen. Nach wiederholter Reklamation bekamen wir ein Upgrade auf ein geschmackvolles Appartement. Das angegebene Frühstück existiert eigentlich nicht.
OK place to stay.
7.0Friendly staff and snack bars available any time. There's a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
− You can hear street noise in rooms that face the street. And the mattresses are pretty soft It's a decent walk to the main part of town but definitely doable.
