A truly magical stay at Faustino Gran Relais & Châteaux
10.0I chose Faustino Gran Relais & Châteaux to celebrate my fiancé's 50th birthday, and I truly couldn't have chosen a better boutique hotel. From the very beginning, the communication was exceptional. The team answered all of my questions before our arrival, making everything easy and stress-free. Although we arrived before check-in, we were warmly welcomed and well looked after. Antonio made sure our room was ready as soon as possible and, while we waited, gave us a wonderful tour of the property. All four palaces from different centuries that make up the hotel are beautiful and unique. We stayed in Cal Bisbe in a beautiful, spacious room overlooking the cathedral. The design of the hotel is outstanding, and I especially loved the photography of Menorcan horses and the hand-painted bird illustrations. The courtyard pool, surrounded by lush plants is a peaceful oasis with stunning cathedral views. Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Antonio went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and it was a pleasure meeting the General Manager, Maite, who took the time to chat with us during breakfast. The restaurant, set beneath beautiful olive trees, is incredibly romantic and the perfect place to enjoy an evening meal. Thank you to the entire team for making this birthday celebration so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. Thank you!
