1.0− 1. Заселили в номер для людей с ограниченными возможностями 2. Попросил номер в общей кроватью , дали номер с раздельной кроватью 3. В номере нет утюгов , попросил на ресепшен , сказали все утюги заняты 🤭

9.0Хорошее месторасположение - в историческом центре, вкусные завтраки, уютные номера. Рядом церковь. Приятно было слышать звон колоколов в номере отеля. Спа в отеле хороший. Рекомендую к посещению.
− Персонал медленно реагировал на просьбы или забывал. При заезде в номер не поставили приветственную воду, кофе машину, которые полагались в номере. Но это мелочи, которые не повлияли на отдых. Зная можно сразу попросить на ресепшене.

− Oda servis hizmetlerinin biraz daha geliştirilmesi lazım. Oda imkanlarının arttırılması lazım. Kahve çay seçenekleri, banyodaki ilave gereksinimlerin koyulması lazım. Örneğin pamuk, kulak temizleyici gibi temel ihtiyaçların bu fiyat performansında olması lazım.
