− チェックイン時30分以上待たされた 外人スタッフの浴室の説明が違っていた ベッドサイドのスペースがほとんど無く 小物置場に困った

4.0Location, access and comfort. The Marriott was good accomodation for us a family of 6 with an extra friend. I booked 4 rooms for the duration of the stay.
− I was not impressed that the pool was Y3000 for each person to use. With the weather 37C it would have been nice to use the pool. Additionally, I ordered a Bloody Mary at the Sky Bar on 52nd Floor and was served tomato juice and vodka and was disappointed the Marriott bar staff dont know how to make a Bloody Mary. Finally, on the day we checked out, I was told we all had to order a drink at the lobby bar even though my autistic son only drinks water. Having booked 4 x rooms for a few days, it was pretty poor of the Marriott not to take this into account, even when I made the staff aware of it.
