− le informazioni non esatte che sono indicate nella descrizione dell'immobile, ovvero il parcheggio non costa sette euro, non esiste una convenzione è a 300 metri forse di più dalle camere ed alla fine mi hanno fatto pagare 15 euro, la colazione inizia alle 8.30 e se una persona lavora magari esce prima, poi a dire la verità alle 8.10 me la hanno fatta trovare ma io mi ero organizzato per non fare colazione ed ero in ritardo. Il letto era comodo ma la doccia a fianco al letto non si può vedere ed il water e bidet sono in un bugigattolo. Ultima considerazione se però lavori in Italia ed affitti in Italia bisognerebbe avere un minimo di dimestichezza con la lingua, non solo nella gestione del pos

2.0− Esperienza molto negativa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una camera in condizioni fatiscenti, con evidenti segni di umidità sotto il condizionatore e parte dell’architrave della porta deteriorata e mancante. Inoltre, dalla doccia usciva solamente acqua fredda e il televisore non aveva alcun segnale. Abbiamo immediatamente segnalato tutto alla reception e, non essendoci stata proposta alcuna soluzione, abbiamo comunicato che avremmo lasciato la struttura, riconsegnando personalmente le chiavi dopo aver anche pagato la tassa di soggiorno. Sull'app di booking mi è uscito un messaggio che la struttura mi potrebbe addebitare una penale di 51,80€ per la mancata presentazione in struttura, cosa non vera perché ci siamo presentate e lo conferma anche la transazione effettuata per la tassa di soggiorno pagata in loco. Successivamente, tramite Esperienza decisamente spiacevole, sia per le condizioni della struttura sia per la gestione successiva.

7.0Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war kein Buffet, aber lecker.
− Es gab keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, nur einen an der Rezeption. Die Dusche befand sich direkt neben dem Bett, nicht in einem separaten Raum. Das Hotel liegt weit außerhalb des Stadtzentrums.
