− I would like to share my concerns regarding my recent stay. The king-size bed was uncomfortable and did not provide adequate back support. It felt unstable and not strong enough to properly support the spine, which made resting difficult. Additionally, several items that were listed as included in the room were not actually available. Please review and update your room inventory descriptions so they accurately reflect what guests will find. I would appreciate your attention to these issues to help improve future guest experiences. Thank you.
