8.0The location was perfect, we stopped on the way to and from the Black Hills.
− There were limited outlets in the room.

7.0Clean and comfortable rooms. And it's walk across parking lot to Marlins.
− Lack of outside sitting area....but they were in the middle of being under construction. So it was understandable. And, we asked for 2 rooms close to eachother and they were on opposite sides of the motel.

10.0A family ran place. Happy, friendly, and very welcoming. The room was clean and better the the one we paided more for the night before. We will be back. 🙂Thank you for your welcoming hospitality.

4.0− They try to charge you an extra cleaning fee for pets that is not disclosed on the booking. For an extra $125 cleaning fee, I would have stayed somewhere else had I known that fee would be added at the time of booking.
Great value, very clean and our rooms seemed updated.
10.0Very convenient and excellent price
− I liked everything, but breakfast gravy wasn’t hot. But we were also eating at 6 when breakfast started, so it just didn’t have time to get warm enough.
