9.0Der tolle Ausblick von der Terrasse.
− Ich würde es begrüßen, ein Fahrservice für Gäste ohne Auto einzuführen (auch gegen Aufpreis),vom Bahnhof bis zum Hotel.
Sehr gemütlich und angenehm.

− Booking.com hätte deutlich deklarieren sollen, dass wir ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten gebucht haben! Ein Doppelbett hätte vor Ort pro Nacht 38 € mehr gekostet
Auszeit mit Aussicht
9.0Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war freundlich und modern eingerichtet, es gibt Möglichkeiten der Tee und Kaffee Zubereitung und uns wurde am zweiten Tag auch nochmal eine volle Flasche Mineralwasser aufs Zimmer gestellt. Die Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum und der Terrasse ist phantastisch, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das a la Carte Essen abends war hervorragend!
− Ohne Auto ist das Hotel bzw der Ort Freyburg praktisch nicht erreichbar, es gibt mehr oder weniger steile Wege, ein Bus fährt nur unter der Woche. Wir wollten ein Taxi vorbestellen, das Unternehmen sagte uns aber ab, da es überlastet war. Da wir zur Weinprobe wollten und das Auto eigentlich stehen lassen wollten, war das eher ungünstig. Hier würde ich mir zB einen Shuttle Service wünschen, der die Gäste in den Ort oder zumindest den steilen Weg vom Ort zurück ins Hotel bringen würde, es wäre sicher eine große Erleichterung für ältere Gäste. (Ich war mit meiner 76jährigen Mutter zu Gast)
