A decent choice in Bishkek

The location was good. Our room was fairly nice. The lighting was very dim so reading was difficult. The A/C didn’t work very well so we had to open our windows and deal with street noise. Light switches were in odd places – not user friendly! Good water pressure but the water in the shower never got hot – just warm. Breakfast was fine. But overall, serviceable and a good choice.

The hotel is centrally located, yet on a quiet street, which is one of its advantages.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. A huge thank you to Jildiz from reception, and also to the housekeeping staff member russian girl (unfortunately, I don’t know her name) — they are very helpful and do an excellent job.

Cozy Room and Quite Good Location

I stayed 3 nights here. I requested a room on high floor with good views. The front desk was kind to have given me a corner room with windows of different directions and also a balcony where I enjoy the city views. Room is very cozy and well equipped. TV channels are not international though. Breakfast buffet not too many variety but ok generally. Each day has something different. It starts at 7:30am. Would be better if 7am as day tours start pickup at 8am. Staff helpful. Taking taxi (with yandex) is very easy and reliable. Coming from airport requires 40 mins. Ala Too Square is walkable - 20 mins. There are convenient stores nearby. Overall I have a nice stay. Room rate is reasonable. Can't go wrong with such international brand.

Decent stay

I had a decent stay. I would say that the shower pressure and temperature work very well. The bathroom is a bit small and tight. I didn't have much of a view, but the window does open a bit, which is good. Because I found the air system not to be great. It didn't feel like there was air in the room. There is minor street noise if the window is closed, but you can definitely hear neighboring doors slamming and people upstairs walking. The Wi-Fi works well, the location is also pretty good, about a 5-minute walk to the Bishkek Park mall, for example. Room was also clean. For this price range, the breakfast was pretty good. A bigger selection that you might think. Staff were also nice and helpful. Also, I found that regarding the TV stations, they offered very few, and none international. Maybe that was just me not knowing how to use the system, but.....

good location, good breakfast, gym needs improvement, but at least they have one. and very good price. check in and check out where fast. also the restaurant was very good.

Comfortable hotel in need of an uplift

King room has a quirky layout, with a nook for the fridge, a cranny for a balcony overlooking the street. The bed is comfortable and room temp is fine for sleeping. Desk area is large and spacious enough for working. The room was comfortable, but showing some age and could use an uplift. That said, the staff is super helpful, nearly perfect. The first floor bar and lounge has a full bar menu with both indoor and outdoor seating.
