Beautiful heritage hotel
9.0Beautiful heritage hotel with great service. The staff were very helpful. The room was lovely, with high ceilings and period decoration. As we were there during low season, breakfast was cooked to order, and there were plenty of Western and local options to choose from, including fresh fruit, eggs, etc. Nice pool and gardens. The hotel is only 10-15 minutes walk from sights such as Patuxai, Wat Sisaket and the riverfront (although Vientiane is not great for walking due to the traffic and the broken or obstructed pavements).
− There was noise at night from some nearby bars playing loud music until 2am. Perhaps a room facing the other direction would have been quieter.
A wonderful stay in a little gem in the heart of Vientiane, with an exceptional staff!
