9.0Localização excelente em bairro tranquilo, acesso fácil à orla da Barra. Além disso, os funcionários são muito receptivos e prestativos. Café da manhã maravilhoso!
− O hotel tem um problema nítido com mofo em boa parte das instalações, mas estão tentando solucionar pois o prédio passar por reformas de melhoria.

Proatividade e ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, café da manhã e estrutura externa boa e passando por reformas. Bom custo benefício para quem precisa de um bom hotel na região da barra.
− O quarto que fiquei alocado estava com móveis levemente danificados pela água do ar-condicionado que pingava após certo tempo ligado. Como foi uma estadia curta, não necessitei de reparo urgente. Em geral, a parte interna dos quartos precisam de reforma, mas creio que o hotel já está cuidando disso pois estão em reforma.

− O banheiro precisava ser higienizado melhor, especialmente os ralos. E o café, os pães eram meio secos. Durante dois dias, o pão de leite estava macio. Os sucos naturais estavam ótimos.
