Enjoyed our stay
7.0Our dinner in the evening in the dining room was just delicious. The staff were lovely and very efficient and food was very tasty.
− Upon exiting the lift to go to our room the carpet on the corridor was held down with duct tape. Glasses and bottles were on the corridor from other rooms and were not lifted until evening time. Henry hoover was displayed all day. Our sink in the bathroom protruded that far out the door into and out of the bathroom just about made it. The design of this may need to be re-designed. Just the wee things may need brushing up on.

7.0A nice hotel and pleasant staff. We enjoyed our stay. The town is nicely situated close to a beach nearby, and just about half an hour away in the car from Culdaff beach. Hotel room was very spacious (we were upgraded to the suite) which was nice. Bathroom was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also lovely.
− The hotel advertises a Spa, and we only found out upon arrival that it was closed with very little explanation as to why, which I found disappointing. As a previous review pointed out, this is the main selling point in the advertisement and to find out it was closed upon arrival, felt a bit misleading. Additionally, the TV wasn't working in the bedroom. It kept asking for a password to tune the stations. This would have been fine, as there is a phone to call reception, but they don't seem to ever answer the phone. Rang multiple times to no answer. Went down to reception, no-one there. But the staff were very nice.
