5.0Vista muito bonita. Localização ok. Internet boa.
− Chuveiro tinha cheiro estranho. Toalhas com aspecto nao muito bom. Café da manhã fraquíssimo, nada atrativo, meio duvidoso inclusive. Atendimento um pouco ríspido demais. Isso tudo sentimos durante a hospedagem e foi uma opinião unanime dentre as pessoas (eramos 6). No ultimo dia as meninas estavam no salão conversando pelas 9:30 e um staff veio nada gentil lembra-las que o checkout era as 10:00. No final nosso carro estragou e uma pessoa que já tinha tido problemas de saúde ficou aguardando na hospedagem após o café manhã. Nao deixaram ela seguir ali enquanto esperávamos a assistência do carro. Também nao a deixaram usar banheiro. Faltou empatia pela situação. Já me hospedei em diversos B&B e esse foi bem ruim toda a hospedagem. Geralmente possuem um trato mais “caseiro”, mas esse passou longe disso. Espero que possam melhorar a cortesia com os clientes.

10.0Chambre avec super vue sur la mer. Petit-déjeuner varié et très bon! Communication au top, instructions claires et disponibilité de l’hôte. A quelques minutes à pied du centre de Cefalu. Vraiment super :)
− Peut être ajouter une deuxième chaise sur le bacon pour pouvoir profiter de la superbe vue à deux ;)

− Chambre petite, vieillissante, vue sur cour intérieure, bruit de clim sur le balcon, salle de bain exiguë, pas de gel douche. Le prix n est absolument pas justifié.
