Melhor hostel que fiquei na vida! Instalações impecáveis. O armário é perfeito, a mala de bordo cabe embaixo da cama. O quarto é enorme, banheiro também! Localização perfeita. Eles foram muito gentis e disponibilizaram um armário na área de convivência pra guardar minha mala após o check out.

− Achei o colchão um pouco firme pra o meu gosto, mas isso é muito pessoal. O sistema de entrada é meio caça ao tesouro. Depois de preencher as informações de check in e no dia da chegada chega um link com o acesso da porta da rua, porta do apartamento e porta do quarto. Mas depois do primeiro impacto, acostuma.

Molto pulito, super tranquillo e solenzioso, nei dormitori puoi avere la tua privacy e gli spazi sono piacevoli da vivere, ci si sente un po' a casa.

The room looked exactly as advertised, the location was excellent, most major attractions were within walking distance, and public transport connections were convenient. We also felt safe thanks to the building’s phone-based access system. The washing machine and vending machine were useful amenities.

− My wife and I booked a private room with a bathroom at Casa Nido Diagonal, paying approximately $250 per night—comparable to hotel prices. We chose this property expecting a better experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The biggest issue is that the property falls somewhere between a hostel and a hotel without delivering the benefits of either. There is no on-site staff or front desk, and all communication is handled through messages. When we experienced Wi-Fi connectivity issues, the team requested screenshots but could not fully resolve the problem, suggesting we use the common-area Wi-Fi instead. Without staff on-site, even simple requests for additional pillows or assistance with room issues became inconvenient. The additional charges were particularly disappointing given the premium room rate. Extra towels cost €7.50, cleaning is provided only once every three days, and if you request cleaning it costs €15. This level of service felt closer to a basic hostel experience than what we expected at this price point. There was no upfront communication on these, and the extra charges were mentioned on the chat when I requested these services. This also means that you have to use the same towel for 3 days before they are replaced. We also experienced several maintenance and comfort issues. One of the two towels provided had yellow stains, although the cleaning staff replaced it when I raised the issue. The kettle contained white particles, so I used the microwave to heat water instead. The private bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell, and the street noise was significant enough to affect our sleep. While the central location naturally comes with some noise, the street noise is excessive here (light sleepers beware) better-insulated windows or even complimentary earplugs would have helped. The lack of on-site staff made it difficult to address these issues promptly.
