Personal sehr nett, Zimmer schön, Lage top und Frühstück überraschend gut mit hausgemachten Essen, sehr schöne Räume und Deko im Frühstücksraum :)

Beautiful location and comfortable room, but poor service and a disappointing dinner.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and surrounded by a beautiful, peaceful landscape. Our room had been renovated and was comfortable, fresh and well presented. Overall, the setting made the hotel a very pleasant place to stay, and we enjoyed our visit despite the problems with the service and restaurant.

− Unfortunately, the service was far below the standard suggested by the hotel and its prices. Several members of staff appeared inexperienced, disengaged and insufficiently attentive. We were served the wrong food, empty tables were left uncleared, and staff repeatedly walked past them empty-handed rather than dealing with what was evidently needed. One waiter also had a noticeably unpleasant personal odour, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel on our first evening but chose to eat elsewhere the following night. The starter was genuinely very good, but both main courses were extremely disappointing. The vegetarian dish was far too salty, while the pork was both far too salty and so heavily seasoned with pepper that it was effectively inedible. We explained the problem to the staff, but nobody offered to replace the dishes or asked whether we would like something else. Instead, we were given two glasses of dessert wine. That gesture was appreciated, but it did not adequately address two main courses that could not be eaten. One member of staff appeared to be trying to compensate for the shortcomings around her, but she was visibly tired and irritated. We were left with the impression that something may have been going on behind the scenes. The hotel itself has considerable potential, but the restaurant and service require much stronger management, training and attention to basic hospitality.

Super Frühstück, gutes Restaurant am Abend, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer

− Das Gebäude in dem unser Zimmer war, ist ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Das Holz von Fenster und Türen war teilweise verwittert. Das Bad sollte auch mal renoviert werden (sauber war aber alles).
