− Kommunikation med personalet var svær. I dag havde de låst min dør, uden de kunne forklare hvorfor. Personalet kom ligeledes uden meldt ind på vores værelser.

− Det var meget besværligt at booke en ekstra nat. Det tog 1,5 time at booke. Personalet var inde på vores værelse, uden vi ved hvorfor. Min søn var på værelset, da en ansat pludselig kom ind. Da han så min søn, gik han igen uden forklaring. Vores dør blev også låst, mens vi var ved poolen.
