8.0Priyanka and Priya were both great on the reception desks, & the two lads aswell. It's a friendly, clean & good hotel. Nice facilities & i'd recommend to others. Great to relax here, whether business or leisure trips, it's a decent hotel.
The staff couldn’t find the booking they didn’t have the keys of the room. All in all a bad experience

IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.
Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancelation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.
