− Canapé vétuste et sale, Manque le détecteur de fumée, Sol sale et collant Mitigeur très sensible à la douche, attention l'eau devient bouillante et très dangereux pour les enfants comme pour les adultes

8.0Très bonne situation, grand parking avec accès simple. Les suites sont très bien équipées.
− Problème avec la douche au niveau de l’alimentation en eau chaude très aléatoire et très peu de pression, à surveiller.
