Lovely premise and professional staff but expect some challenges when receiving parcels
8.0The staff were friendly, the place was clean . The gym was great! The lobby was wonderful. The vibe of the hotel was very good especially for business trip folks!! Everything about the facilities, staff, cleanliness was great.
− I didnt like that receiving parcels was a complicated process and also my facial mask went missing (not sure if it was thrown away by accident)
