− Rooms look terrible. I wont recommend anyone to stay at this lodge
One should give what was offered and have a manager in place who cares about guests .
5.0The location is great. At the end of McKenzie Street in a dead end. No drive through traffic.
− Free toiletries were promised but there was only a soap. The breakfast was poor. Only cooked with a little bit of shreadded cheese and jam. No cold meat or cheese even most guests are from oversea. I ran . Only toast bread. It takes very little to bake a home made bread. The aircon unit of the managers room were along our room. Even though the temperatures were with 24C and 17 C monderate she was the only one who used the aircon (she does not need to pay the bill) and she put it on a certain temp, which resulted that the aircon went on and off every 15 minutes which woke us up each time. She did not care and told us she likes it this way. She put herself first and not the guest who paid. She has an attitude
