Borderline fraudulent and deceptive marketing leading to a terrible experience.

Honestly, the staff were nice, but everything else about this experience was deceptive. The pictures used were AI generated or AI enhanced. Borderline fraudulent marketing and everything was broken.

− This hotel needs to get their act together. It’s not a hotel but a glorified motel and not a good one at that. Everything was broken, the tv, sink, shower doors, toilet, peeling paint on walls, etc. Unfortunately, the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel in 20 years. Room 201 is honestly not fit for any guests to stay in.

L’emplacement

− Une atmosphère extrêmement humide dans la chambre avec une condensation très intense, une salle de bain non aérée avec une atmosphère de hamam ou rien ne sèche (pire que la chambre), un équipement très vieillissant et des sanitaires jaunis en fin de vie, un déshumidificateur faisant un bruit épouvantable que l’on doit vider toutes les 3heures, une climatisation dont les filtres ne sont pas nettoyés et dégageant une sale odeur, un ménage plus que douteux …des fausses promesses d’un manager qui dit pouvoir vous changer de chambre De mon séjour aux USA, la chambre la plus chère et de loin et l’expérience la plus mauvaise !

Room was clean and the AC worked good.

− Room smelled a little musky but there was a dehumidifier. Pool was really dirty says on the rules pool is open until 11pm but they said their lights didn’t work in the pool so they closed it at dark. Guy at front desk didn’t speak English very well and the manager on duty was a weirdo with a shady attitude.
