− The room was not clean at all. There was a lot of dust under the bed, and the overall housekeeping was very poor. When the room was cleaned, it wasn’t cleaned properly—the tables were simply wiped around, and a food stain remained there throughout our stay. The standard of cleanliness was very disappointing.

Infinity Pool war super!

The pools and the location on the beach. Breakfast was a good variety.

− Parts of it a little tired and dated. There are not enough sun lounges around the Level Pool areas and people reserve them at 7am!! We never sat by the Level Pool in the end. We did manage to always get lounges elsewhere though. The gym is tiny with limited equipment for a resort that size.

Overall, Melia Danang Beach Resort is a beautiful beachfront property with excellent pools and lovely landscaped gardens

Melia Danang Beach Resort – Review Rating: 4/5 We had a pleasant stay overall, but after visiting other Melia resorts, we expected a bit more. The resort has many strong points, though there are also several areas that need improvement. Pros * Beautiful beachfront with clean sand and clear water. * Stunning landscaped grounds with plenty of greenery, giving the resort a peaceful atmosphere. * Five swimming pools, all with beautiful views and enough space to relax. * The The Level rooms are definitely worth it. The benefits include an exclusive breakfast menu with fresh juices, as well as complimentary coffee, drinks, and snacks every afternoon (2:00–4:00 PM).

− Cons * Overall, it doesn’t reach the standard of Melia Cam Ranh or Melia Phu Quoc. * Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. * Much fewer entertainment activities compared to other Melia resorts. * Complimentary bicycles are available for only 20 minutes; after that, there is an additional charge. * Breakfast offers a decent selection, but it’s noticeably less varied than at Melia Cam Ranh. After five days, it became quite repetitive. * We constantly had to remind staff to refill the complimentary bottled water in our room. * The gym and Kids Club are both very small. We traveled without children this time, so it wasn’t a major issue, but families may find it disappointing. * There are not enough sun loungers around the pools and beach during busy hours. * The spa was underwhelming. The sauna barely reached 40°C, which made it ineffective. * Many staff members struggled to communicate in English. * The toilet’s handheld bidet (hygienic shower) was extremely inconvenient to use. * The bed was quite squeaky, which affected our sleep whenever we moved.
