The staff was amazing! I would give them 100 stars if I could. The service that they provided was exceptional. They always had a smile on their face and made us feel honored and cherished as their esteemed guests. Every time we needed something they were always there to do their best to meet our needs. The Presidential Suite was huge! It had to be 2K square feet with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and 3 bathrooms. The a/c worked well in all the rooms except the Master Bathroom. The food was great at the restaurant which really helped to make our stay more enjoyable. The French toast in the morning was amazing! Also, the beds were very clean and comfortable which made our stay more pleasant.

− My family and I stayed in their most expensive room called the Presidential Suite. They only have 2 of these rooms in the entire hotel. When we went to the first room the first thing I noticed were all of the stains on the carpets and furniture. It was shocking how bad our first impression was. I immediately demanded that they give us another room. The second room was a little better because they had tile floors in the entire suite except the Master bedroom which had stained 20 year old looking carpet. In the gym, the only 2 treadmills they had were constantly breaking down and the a/c didn’t work so it was like 100 degrees in there! The Spa looked dark and dreary and not very spa-like which is probably why I never saw a single customer in the 2 weeks that we stayed in the hotel. The entire hotel needs to be remodeled and brought up to date. But, since the dollar is so strong right now compared to the rupiah, we overlooked a lot of the shortcomings and had a decent stay. If it wasn’t for the excellent staff, we would have not enjoyed ourselves as much. Also, there was water damage around the windows in the Presidential Suite on the 15th floor. It wasn’t noticeable because the old 30 year old drapes were covering the damage.

The breakfast menu was good, but it took a while for the staff to refill the empty dishes.

− Some of the room facilities need to be repaired, such as the sink drainage, as the water did not flow properly. We also had difficulty opening the room’s front door.
