Would not recommend this place. Facilities outdated wifi poor. Location poor. Regular power cuts. Pictures of accomadation does not reflect the reality of it. No local to the main resort. Need a car to get to and from this place

Oasis Relax Lodge is heel kleinschalig en dat maakt het heel persoonlijk. Het is er rustig en er werken aardige mensen. Het ligt midden in een gewone woonwijk en toch ben je betrekkelijk dicht bij de kust.

Owners live on site and seem prepared to work 24/7 to ensure each guest's individual needs are met. There is no restaurant but breakfast is available, as is evening meal, en famille, if requested. It is a peaceful Oasis, no traffic noise; just birds and distant children. Spacious rooms and good food and very welcoming staff and hosts.

I had a bit of difficulty locating the hotel because the signage at the junction of the main road directing traffic to the hotel was too small and not obvious. However, the ambience of the hotel and the friendliness of owners wiped away in seconds the trauma of my locating the hotel. I enjoyed every bit of my stay in the hotel including the food prepared by Mariama and eaten in a family setting with the owners. The rooms are big, beautiful and functional. The hotel workers are very friendly and the atmosphere is very peaceful. However, efforts should be made to improve the strength of wifi in the rooms and the cable T.V showing mostly Arab channels. I miss Jule, the owners beautiful and very active son, we really bonded. Anytime I am in Gambia, I will definitely stay at Oasis Relax lodge. Akinyemi Stephen, Lagos, Nigeria.
