Good breakfast Nice heated pool

− I had a problem with my bed since the check in and let the staff know that it had to be fixed before bed time (I was travelling with 2 small kids), they said no problem. 1 hour before returning to the hotel, I called the reception to make sure that everything was ok and they told me yes, already done. I get to the bedroom 8pm to get my kids to sleep and guess what? Nothing was done. I called the reception and it took almost an hour to get someone there. Everything they had to say was: I understand your disappointment. Next day I asked for a late check out to balance the late sleep time due to their mistakes and heard that it wasn’t possible because the hotel was ‘full’, which was clearly not the case. After all this, at check out I asked to talk to the manager and heard that ‘he was not available’. Very disappointed, not what I would expect from a ‘5 star’ hotel at all.

ריזורט יפה ונוח. הדירה ל 4 אנשים, שהיא בעצם שילוב של דירת סטודיו ועוד דירה הייתה מרווחת מאוד ונוחה, מטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך למעט אולי מלח/פלפל שיכלו לעזור. האווירה שקטה ופסטורלית, ממש על מגרשי הגולף. המסעדה האיטלקית היתה טובה מאוד אבל קחו בחשבון שהמנות לא ענקיות אם אתם מאוד רעבים.

− אמנם ידענו את זה מראש, יש לקחת בחשבון שהריזורט מרוחק מהמרכז ( כ 25 דקות מבלאל, 30 דקות מפניש, 15-20 דקות מאובידוש). על שימוש במגרשי טניס/פדל גבו תשלום נפרד לכל שעת משחק וגם מכריחים אותך לקנות את הכדורים למשחק.

Value for money for a large apartment room and breakfast. The resort is new and still coming together, but what is finished is excellent !

− When there is a breeze the apartments have a strong wind echo noise that tunnels through the access staircase. It’s just a quirk of design, but it can be quite noisy even with a light wind. The gym is large but is lacking some gym equipment. I could do with some more free weights a rack to make the space more fitness friendly.

Sehr reichliches Frühstücksbuffet. Ruhige Lage des Hotels.

− Leider war die Lüftung im Zimmer sehr laut und man hörte ein ständiges Wummern und Dröhnen, auch bei Nacht. Evtl. kam dies auch von Kompressoren oberhalb des Zimmers (?). Das Ausschalten der Klimaanlage brachte keine Linderung des Geräuschpegels. Für ein 5* Hotel ließ die Sauberkeit leider eher zu wünschen übrig. Die Badewanne in unserem Zimmer war voller Sand und Ablagerungen.

Do local, da arquitetura, da decoração, do quarto, da piscina exterior e do spa

− Não gostámos da lentidão do serviço de mesa, das longas esperas nos vários restaurantes do empreendimento, principalmente no que fica situado ao lado da piscina. Habitualmente demoravam aproximadamente 1 hora para nos trazerem a comida, mesmo quando pedíamos saladas e refeições simples. Solicitamos o serviço de meia pensão e ficámos bastante desapontadas pelo facto de ao jantar apenas nos apresentarem 1 opção de refeição no menu, sem qualquer possibilidade de escolha alternativa. O valor das refeições é demasiado elevado para um menu tão limitado. O hotel é um espaço bastante bonito mas tem muito poucas zonas de estar no interior para além dos quartos ou restaurantes. Caso o clima não esteja bom para estar no exterior não há uma sala confortável, uma zona de estar confortável e abrigada. Existem apenas 2 poltronas no hall em frente à recepção. Uma das principais razões por que escolhi a estadia neste hotel foi porque achava que iria ter um serviço de grande qualidade, que existiriam espaços agradáveis para estar e contemplar o local e paisagem, por terem quartos para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida pois tenho bastantes limitações
