10.0Surprisingly the place was very clean and a really nice place to stay given the fact that it was being renovated while staying. Price was budget friendly. The staff was nice, inviting and helpful. Would recommend if you're looking for a place to stay that's nice and affordable

− The rooms where small, the tub/shower seemed very weak and was scared to get in it cause I wasn't sure if I would fall through it or not. Wasn't cleaned the best the ac cut off and took awhile to turn back on. Elevator didn't work so we had to climb stairs to get to our room.

OK for a single night; would have moved to a different motel if staying longer.
5.0Location was very good; close to highway and main roads, restaurants, gas, etc.
− Facility was being renovated while still being open. Base boards missing, painting being done while we were there. Bed sheets had stains - Rust? Blood? Pillows were tiny.
