The room is nice, great location, good size and we were warm but the cleaner needs to be replaced.
5.0Location great, close to town. Good size room and undercover parking outside your room.
− Cleaning of the room was sub-standard, we were in room #7 for two nights. The bathroom wash basin has a huge crack in it and the wash basin had a continuous leak dribble into the sink. All this was bearable but the shower recess itself I don't believe had been cleaned properly for some time, There was hair on the tiles from a previous tenant and soap scum on the tiles and dark brown marks on the grouting of the shower recess from a build up of not being cleaned properly. The toilet and basin was clean but I think the shower recess was overlooked as possibly too much effort required. I purchased a shower cleaning product myself and sprayed it on the walls of the shower recess twice as I as so unhappy with the uncleanliness of the shower - never in all my years have I ever had to do this.
Was ok for a night. Luckily my wife was not with me as she would not of stayed there.

− Very tired looking. Needs a make over. Very plain.
The room needed attention, I will try another motel for the next stay in Armidale.
5.0Price was fair and booking was easy to deal with, The motel is well established and the room was comfortable. My interaction with the staff found them to be helpful and the room was quiet.
− The room air conditioner has a noisy fan motor that needs attention, the biggest let down was the room cleanliness was a little disappointing. The carpet needed a good vacuum, I could see crumbs around the chairs, the plates provided were in a stack and when uncovered they had food crumbs on them. Not a big deal as I washed them but unusual for a motel and I stay in lots of them..
