8.0We had the Spa pool room. The room was lovely - good space, had lovely bathrobes for the spa and extra towels. The room was nice and clean. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was nice and quiet.
− The spa pool was only lukewarm on check-in. So couldn't use it for hours and hours until it heated up - i paid a lot for the room, specifically so I could use the spa, so that was super disappointing. Wouldn't have booked if I hadve known the spa wouldn't be hot until the next day - when you have to check out at 10am its a rush and not very relaxing. When we finally got to have a spa, there was a lot of 'gunk' on the waterline. The water was dirty and you could see the brown in the foam from the jets floating on the surface and built up around the tub.
