6.0There was extensive roadwork outside the hotel that went on until 7 pm and resumed at 4 am. The room should have been reduced accordingly. Further, there was an overpowering smell of scented spray that kept being reapplied everywhere on the hotel. I was able to air out the room but had to roll up a towel to keep it from entering from under the door. Otherwise, it's a nice place with a river view.
