10.0Very friendly and sweet staff! They help you with everything you need. Also we got a big room upgrade - fridge and seating area included :) It was also very quiet and pleasant

10.0The staff is VERY friendly and helpful, they were all so lovely! :)) We also got a free room upgrade to a bigger room with a balcony and a big bathroom, which was very cool. The bathroom has all the amenities you need for a stay, and the room service gives you fresh water if you need some. You can also rent scooters there for 11-15$ (depending on the scooter), they have a (during our stay quiet) restaurant and bar, and the pool is also not busy with plenty of space. It was very quiet at night, no bugs/mosquitoes, and all in all a very pleasant stay! The location is perfect - close enough to the City Centre/Pub Street to only walk few minutes, but far enough to not have noise at night. If you are a long and light sleeper you might need some earplugs in the morning before noon, as a nearby school has a lot of very happy (and a bit loud) kids - but my partner slept through it all, and it gets very quiet again at noon. :)
