8.0It was clean and comfortable and parking was only around the corner. We were messaged straight away with door codes and it was a quiet area and we felt secure.
− The kettle needs descaling in the room and because of this we didn't use the tea and coffee provided.
A lot of money for a poor quality room.
2.0the bed was comfortable and clean
− The whole room is full of stains and unidentified marks on the walls and carpet. Even the bath was stained and dirty. Breakfast was three croissants which tasted nice but were not a great start to the day. The shower room was very badly designed which resulted in the room flooding and needing to use the towels to stop the water coming into the bedroom.
