8.0The hotel is perfectly nice, but it's not as relaxing and luxurious as other hotels at the same price point that we stayed at elsewhere in Vietnam. The room is just fine. Nothing special to note.
− The bed is on a raised wooden platform, which makes it a little hard to get into and out of. The pool is full during all opening hours. Not terribly relaxing. There aren't a ton of breakfast options for folks with allergies like me (gluten free/egg allergy) - though they did have bacon, soy milk, fruit, and baked sweet potatoes, which is more than I can say for some other hotels in Vietnam!

− Location was ok but with the heat, even the short walk into Hoi An was a bit taxing and needed a grab taxi now and then. Rooms didnt have enough charging sockets, which was a minor thing

8.0The location, close to old town, excellent support from the staff and the good quality breakfast and food.
− The hotel is already there for some years and can be noticed with the quality of mattress and the air-conditioning. The air-conditioning had to be fixed but could later only give very cold air without regulation possible.
Good to know
Maximum of one child per room under 6 years is complimentary when sharing parents' room and utilizing existing bed. One extra bed is acceptable only in room category assigned.
No children permitted in The Loft rooms due to the duplex structure of room types.
Children from 6 years to under 12 years old, breakfast is charged at 50% of adult price when using existing beds.
Children under 16 years old are not allowed to use the spa.
Outside food and beverage, even nonalcoholic, is not allowed in the resort area.
