Nice hotel in a good location

− Swimming pool was closed for refurbishment, in July, summer holiday season. Very clean but smells of chlorine.

− Hotel badly need updating/refurbishment. Out dated decor and bedrooms are not up to standard. Not good value for the money.

Good Value and Outstanding Staff
9.0staff couldn't have been more helpful, beds were super comfy, plenty of parking, location was outstanding and food in the lounge was very good.
− Breakfast wasn't the best, some things were overcooked, but there was plenty and it was topped up regularly, decor was slightly dated but it didn't affect our stay. There was no safe in our room as advertised and no Aircon which is pretty standard in most hotels these days, normally wouldn't be a problem but we stayed in the middle of a heat wave. The view from our window was a brick wall which again wouldn't normally bother me too much but this hotel overlooks the most stunning view so that was a bit disappointing. The very late check in time of 4pm could have be a problem for some, especially if you've travelled on an early flight. all that being said I would still recommend and happily stay again.
