− Localização antiga. Achei que os elevadores precisam de manutenção. O piso do elevador está inclusive quebrado. E o estacionamento é pago por fora.

7.0A localização é com certeza um dos melhores pontos da estadia, fica próximo da praia, é possível ver o mar do quarto, gostei bastante disso. Além disso, a rua da frente e de trás do hotel tem muitas opções de locais para comer e fazer compras, tudo podendo ser feito a pé. Café da manhã bem servido, com boas opções.
− Quarto com pouco isolamento acústico, o barulho dos carros na via soa alto no quarto, o ar condicionado faz muito barulho e tem leve cheiro de morfo. As instalações do hotel são antigas.

8.0O hotel não é luxuoso, mas tem um custo-beneício muito bom. O atendimento e a localização são muito bons. Acho que o estacionamento, além de não permitir independência ao hóspede, uma vez que o funcionário da recepção sempre tem que ir abrir, custa caro na minha opinião.
