2.0Customer service was lacking with the lady at check out. She ignored my question and was rude. Maintenance was very helpful to fix issues related to my room. Service at the restaurant and bellboy service was nothing to write home about.

8.0Matabungkay has established itself as part of Lian's heritage. It has been around for years and has been itself a regal reputation. Though the place looks a little dated, it keeps the Philippine heritage alive and well.

6.0The deluxe room we asked for was basic and should have been a lot cheaper, and we demanded a change. We were still charged most of the cost for the original room, NO SIGN OF GOODWILL! We took 9 family members to this over-rated resort, and NONE WERE IMPRESSED. Our advice, give this place a serious MISS!

Guests are required to wear proper swimwear when using the pool.
The property only permits bottled water and junk food.
Pets are allowed at the property but are required to stay in the Pet Lodge (1100 PHP/pet/night). They are not allowed inside the rooms, restaurants and swimming pools.
Pets should also have their own leash and pet owners must bring own pet food, pet bed and things.
