10.0Great hotel - although room was a little small it was fine with a really comforaatable bed and nice bathroom. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options. Pool area and Pool Bar very good. Several nice restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

2.0Paid for 6 nights. Left after 1 night. The room smelled of sewage or drains and was extremely dirty with long hair and scum in the drains. Other dirt all around the room. Staff were very dismissive of the issue when reported and assistant manager was rude and disrespectful. Decided not to risk eating the breakfast. Whole property is run down compared to the pictures. The photos are not representative of the property. Others who had booked seemed to have similar issues as they were also trying to leave early when we left. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

10.0The staff could not do enough for us. Very attentive and friendly. Pool and grounds were beautifully kept. Great location near restaurants. There was a large population of stray cats around the area and some were around the pool and garden but got the vibe that the staff viewed them as part of the hotel. Really enjoyed petting the kitties
