− Daily cleaning of rooms should be a must - the worlds exposure to covid should encourage this - also you provide microwaves but no plates/cutlery to heat up food & if you offer tea/coffee etc, these are not topped up daily, why?
a little disappointed, as we had stay there before and its wasn't as good as other occasions

− location of couch, and it was old, only roller blind to outside which was a share area - no sheer curtains, so was able to open the blinds for natural light in
