9.0حداثة المبنى وفخامته وسعة الغرفة والحمام وجمال الأثاث والتصميم، وأيضاً وجود المركز التجاري والسوبرماركت في الأدوار السفلية للمبنى، وكذلك دور الإطلالة على هانوي مع وجود رسوم للدخول
− سكنت في الدور الحادي والخمسون ومع ذلك تصل أصوات أبواق السيارات للأعلى وهو أمر مفاجئ لارتفاع المبنى، وأيضاً المفترض أن الزجاج عازل للصوت، كما لا يوجد قائمة للطعام الحلال في بوفيه الفطور
