9.0Mi habitación era espectacular y el jacuzzi, fue lo mejor, la comida variada en el buffet no pude ir a los restaurantes porque la aplicación no me permitía, estuve 2 noches
− como esta en la zona de manglares, es dificil salir del resort y conocer la ciudad de Cancún y los taxis para salir son solo del hotel y son extremadamente caros

10.0Aaron at the pool bar during the week - was absolutely wonderful! Including all of the bartenders and wait staff! Ana was also wonderful! The attentiveness, the dedication, and the personalized service was excellent. He made our week very memorable!
